This position requires attention to detail and the ability to be adaptable. Networking and communicating is a key responsibility to this role, so being able to speak to a large group of people on the mission of RMHC to having a cup of coffee with an individual donor are both common.

The Office of Immigrant Services (OIS) is seeking a full-time Program Leader I to lead the Chattanooga office. Candidates must be detail-oriented, compassionate, and have an interest in immigration law. Experience with administrative work or immigration law is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided. Qualified candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent interpretation and translation skills. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but can be substituted for relevant experience.
The OIS Program Leader I is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, controlling, and promoting the Chattanooga OIS Program. OIS provides low-cost, quality legal immigration services to the East Tennessee immigrant and refugee community. OIS provides immigration legal services to help eligible individuals and families obtain their permanent legal status, assist clients with the naturalization process, and other humanitarian relief. OIS is dedicated to assisting survivors of domestic violence, victims of trafficking, and crimes. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

He/she must be organized, detail-oriented, and meet deadlines.
