Position: Navigator, Youth Services

Reports to: Assistant Director

Start Date: Immediate Opening

Job Summary:

Under general supervision of the Director, provides access to educational opportunities by assisting youth ages 14-26 in completing career assessments, developing an educational plan preparing them for secondary education and supporting them in achieving their educational goals. Serves are for youth who are in foster care, who have aged out of foster care and/or experienced trauma. Other service provided directly or through referral include: HiSet classes, I Am Ready program, Sex Health Education, leadership, and activities designed to build social skills and civic engagement. This position maintains a flexible, organized and efficient work schedule. Performs all related activities such as 1) making full use of agency and community resources, and 2) performing administrative tasks.


A Baccalaureate degree in human services preferred from an accredited college or university with one year of satisfactory work experience in human services field.

Salary: Grade 160, Range: $15.38 to $17.94 per hour
