Blue Monarch provides a long-term, residential and therapeutic Christian community for women and their children to break adverse cycles and rebuild their families. We currently have the capacity to house fifteen families at one time. When construction for additional housing is completed in the spring, we will be able to serve nineteen families. Our core program is approximately one year, and our WINGS Transitional Program allows our graduates to live independently on our property for an additional year.


As the Blue Monarch Resident Case Manager, you will provide support for our Program Director, assistance for our Resident Coordinator, and on-site case management for the families we serve. This position requires living on-site with housing and utilities included. We are offering an opportunity to join a small, but focused team that is dedicated to serving women and children who are seeking a healthier lifestyle, free from abuse and addiction.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: This role has 8 primary functions

1. Provide case management for residents in our WINGS Transitional

Program for Graduates

2. Monitor WINGS residents activities and responsibilities

3. Enforce rules and regulations

4. Assist with transportation when needed

5. Assist in custody and visitation issues for residents

6. Provide life skills support for graduates as they transition

7. Oversee occasional after hour and weekend activities

8. Share after hours responsibilities with Resident Coordinator

This position works very closely with the Program Director and the other program related staff. This position shares responsibilities with the Resident Coordinator, which is the only other live-in position. The schedule may vary and will include evenings and weekends. Our WINGS Transitional Program for Graduates houses residents who are possibly working or attending school during the day but need oversight, support, and case management in the evenings. The program staff is small but works as an effective team with constant communication and group decision-making. As a live-in position, this job requires someone who can appropriately and professionally handle a crisis or disciplinary issue.

• Attend all staff meetings, trainings, and special events

• Provide on-site supervision when Resident Coordinator is on vacation or

away from the property

• Enforce all Blue Monarch rules and regulations

• Create and enforce chore charts for WINGS residents

• Conduct random room searches

• Conduct random drug testing

• Record and file drug screens

• Participate in discharge process when necessary

• Process pass requests

• Assist with transportation needs

• Assist with visitation for non-custodial children

• Assist residents with child visitation schedules

• Assist with parenting challenges

• Assist residents with outstanding legal issues

• Conduct life skills and budgeting classes for WINGS residents

• Assist with childcare for graduates in counseling sessions

• Follow up with graduates after leaving Blue Monarch to maintain current

statistics and offer support when needed


This position will have flexible and varying hours, depending on the circumstances. Evenings and weekends will be shared with the Resident Coordinator, who also lives on-site.


Housing and utilities (excluding cell phone) are provided with this live-in position. The house is a small but charming one-bedroom cottage, which is completely furnished. Laundry facilities are available at the WINGS Community laundry room.
