CASE MANAGER- Blue Monarch

Blue Monarch provides a long-term, residential and therapeutic Christian community for women and their children to break adverse cycles and rebuild their families. We currently have the capacity to house fifteen families at one time. When construction for additional housing is completed in the spring, we will be able to serve nineteen families. Our core program is approximately one year, and our WINGS Transitional Program allows our graduates to live independently on our property for an additional year.


As the Blue Monarch Case Manager, you will provide support for our Program Director and case management for the families we serve. We are offering an opportunity to join a small, but focused team that is dedicated to serving women and children who are seeking a healthier lifestyle, free from abuse and addiction.

Reports to: Program Director and President

Location: Coffee County, TN

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: This role has 5 primary functions

1. Participate in screening and intake process

2. Provide case management

3. Assist residents with legal, court, and custody issues

4. Provide disciplinary support

5. Assist with transportation

This position works very closely with the Program Director and the other program related staff. The program staff is small but works as an effective team with constant communication and group decision-making.

• Process applications and conduct interviews with potential residents

• Conduct intake with new residents

• Create and enforce chore charts for residents

• Conduct random room searches

• Conduct random drug testing

• Record and file drug screens

• Participate in discharge process when necessary

• Process pass requests

• Assist with transportation needs

• Plan and facilitate field trips

• Navigate custody issues with DCS

• Arrange visitation with non-custodial children

• Assist residents with child visitation schedules

• Assist in communication with custodial caregivers

• Help residents register with appropriate government agencies

• Ensure all residents have necessary documents

• Provide court advocacy for residents

• Assist residents with outstanding legal issues

• File regular probation reports to appropriate probation officers


This position will be Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with rare weekend duties when necessary. These hours may occasionally change in order to adequately provide the services needed.
