Part Time Marketing Coordinator- Partnership for Families, Children & Adults

Position: Part Time Marketing Coordinator – Dept. of Philanthropy (<30 hours/week)

Reports to: Director of Philanthropy

Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator (MC) assists the Director of Philanthropy (DP) in planning and implementing comprehensive strategies for all communications and marketing on behalf of The Partnership for Families, Children and Adults (PFCA) in order to raise visibility, advance its brand, and articulate clear messaging to internal and external constituencies. The MC leads the generation of online content that engages the community audience and leads to measurable action and manages the development, distribution, and maintenance of all print and electronic material, to ensure current and consistent information is being shared and updated through article links, stories, newsletters and events. The MC coordinates all communications with programs and manages the master communications calendar.

The MC works within the Philanthropy Department and reports to the DP. Under the DP’s direction, the MC supports all fundraising campaigns and events. The MC will work with the DP, CEO, development and program staff, Partnership Board and volunteers to develop and implement supportive fundraising and communications strategies that strengthen long-term relationships with donors and prospects. The MC is responsible for executing the marketing duties necessary to effectively communicate the key messages of the organization and to create a consistent brand image which furthers the organizational mission. This position involves various aspects of marketing, graphic design, event coordination, and donor recruitment and retention. The candidate must have the ability to be flexible in work schedule to work special events or weekends, as needed.

Education/ Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred and a minimum of three (3) years direct Communications and Marketing experience. Experience in a donor-centric philanthropic services or human services setting preferred.

Salary:Non-Exempt Grade 170, $ 20.00 - $25.00/hour (<30 hours/week)
