Position: Client Services Coordinator – Part time - 25 hours/week
Reports to: Director of Deaf Services
Start Date: Immediately
Job Summary: Under the direction of the Director, the Client Services Coordinator will provide to the Deaf, Deaf-Blind and Hard of Hearing the services as outlined in the “scope of services” of the State of Tennessee Department of Human Services grant contract. This is a part-time position with not to exceed 25 hours per week.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree from accredited college preferred. Social work or social services concentration preferred. Two years successful experience in a similar professional environment desired.
Additional Requirements: May require travel within the work day. Valid driver’s licenses and ability to travel with your own transportation is required.
Overall knowledge and understanding of the Deaf, Deaf-Blind and Hard of Hearing, and their needs.
Sign fluently in ASL (American Sign Language).
In order to best service the needs of our Deaf Services clients, applicants who are deaf or hard of hearing are preferred.
Range, commiserate with knowledge, skills and abilities - $ 15.00 - $17.00/hour
