Development Specialist - Legal Aid of East Tennessee

Legal Aid of East Tennessee (Legal Aid) seeks a full-time Development Specialist. The position will support all resource development activities for this nonprofit law firm. A demonstrated commitment to excellence and equal access to justice is required. The successful applicant will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and will possess the ability to manage multiple tasks and work with diverse personalities. A Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit development, grant writing, or a related field, and a minimum of two years of specific experience in successful grant writing, development, and administration are required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software applications. Salary dependent upon experience. Excellent benefits.
