Position:                       Support Specialist

Reports to:                   Director of Quality

Start Date:                   Immediately

 

Job Summary:  Under the direction of the DIRECTOR of Quality, this position is responsible for accomplishing the confidential administrative tasks of the department of the COO, HR, and the DIRECTOR of Quality.   Additionally, this position will be responsible for the agency’s records and data management functions.  The Support Specialist performs general office duties which may include compiling and inputting data into databases, preparing reports, answering phones, greeting visitors, photocopying, faxing, maintaining files, processing documents for storage and retrieval and performing a wide variety of confidential records retention tasks.

Education/

  Experience:               Bachelors’ Degree preferred, with 1 year of office experience.

 

Salary:                         Non-Exempt, Grade 150, Range $12.82/hour - $13.33/hour
