Monday-Friday 2:00pm – 5:00pm (15-20 hours per week):
This position is part time (approximately 16-20 hours per week). Responsible for planning/coordinating well balanced and nutritious meals in a shelter environment. Coordinate and assist with inventorying of food supply and weekly grocery needs. Assist and instill life skills for residents Responsible for preparing meals and kitchen clean up. Provide educational sessions regarding nutrition and healthy lifestyles. Inventorying and obtaining all kitchen and shelter supplies. Maintain kitchen according to licensing standards and food service permits specifications.
