Position: Housing Program Manager – Victim Support Services

Reports to: Program Director

Start Date: Immediately

Job Summary: Under the direction of the VSS Director (PD), the Housing Program Manager (HPM) will provide oversite and coordination of housing services and supervision of staff related to housing services at VSS. The HPM oversees Transitional Housing (all fund sources); Rapid Rehousing; and permanent housing (New Visions) for survivors of domestic violence who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The HPM will utilize a Domestic Violence Housing First Model combined with a Trauma Informed Care Practice Approach to support survivors as they gain stability and rebuild their lives. Housing will utilize survivor driven, trauma informed mobile advocacy; housing assessment, placement and relocation, flexible financial assistance and community engagement with program participants along with housing industry guidelines and best practices.

The HPM will complete reports for assigned grants and will assist with data collection, statistics and trends. This position will ensure compliance with funding sources and implementation of Council on Accreditation (COA), National Association of Social Workers (NASW), and other case management standards as applicable.

Education/Experience:

A Master’s Degree preferred in human services or related field or Bachelor’s Degree with three to five years’ experience in a responsible administrative, supervisory or consultant capacity.

Salary: Exempt, Grade 190, Range $44k - $46k
