Position:   Retail Development Manager – Thrift Store

Reports to:  CCCS Program Director

Start Date:  Immediately

Job Summary:           

Under the direction of the Program Director, the Retail Development Manager (RDM) is responsible for the overall retail sales operation, maintaining adequate volume of merchandise in all sales mediums.  The RDM meets established revenue goals while maintaining a satisfactory expense-to-revenue ratio.  This position must also ensure that customer needs are being met. 

Education:                                  

Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred with two years retail experience; however; a high school diploma or GED is acceptable with extensive experience in retail.

Salary:  Exempt, Grade 150, $24k
