Position:  Program Manager Operations and After Hours Intake – Victim Support Services

Reports to:  Program Director

Start Date:  Immediately

Job Summary:         

Under the direction of the Program Director, provides oversight, supervision and leadership for Victims Support services   operations, facilities,  and afterhours intake and Hot line services.  This position oversees the daily operations of the Victim Support Services facility including leasing.  The Program Manager  (PM) will supervise staff in areas of house management, front desk, and maintenance. The PM will coordinate with the Volunteer Coordinator on donations in the building and address any occupancy issues or concerns.    This position will complete reports for assigned grants and will assist with grants.  The PM will coordinate renovations and ensure compliance with any funder or governmental regulation agency and will ensure emergency preparedness plan is in place (safety; fire drills; incident reports etc.)   Provides leadership for planning and  development activities for staff develop and ensure  residents and visitors to PFCA are treated with respect and dignity.

Education/Experience:                              

A Bachelor’s Degree with three to five years’ experience in a responsible administrative, supervisory or consultant capacity.  Experience in a human services environment is a plus.

Salary:   Exempt, Grade 190
