Position: Program Director, Victim Support Services
Reports to: COO
Start Date: Immediately
Under the direction of the COO, provides overall supervising and leadership for Family Violence Center, Rape Crisis Center, Emergency Shelter for Families, Elder and Disabled Victims of Crime, and Family Connections Supervised Visitation. Performs all related activities such as making full use of the agency’s resources and of outside resources. Collaborates with government entities, community organizations, health and human services providers, and volunteers to strengthen the community's capacity to support the homeless and victims of abuse and enable them to succeed in life. Provides leadership to planning and community development activities to create change in community conditions.
A Master’s Degree in social work or related field (preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree with seven or more years’experience, five in a responsible administrative, supervisory or consultant capacity in a human services agency.
Salary: Exempt, Grade 210
